Access to specific datasets is contingent upon the tier of service selected. We do not grant a general license to scrape, automate, or redistribute our proprietary Turkish export analytics without explicit written consent from our Izmir headquarters.
Acceptable Commercial Use
Users are permitted to utilize the insights gained from our market analysis for internal strategic planning, supply chain optimization, and export targeting. Any attempt to use our data to simulate the TurkishDataVertex proprietary algorithms or to build a competing trade intelligence portal is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

The Digital License
Purchased reports grant a non-transferable license for single-entity use. Multi-user corporate licenses must be negotiated separately under our extended enterprise agreements.

No Guarantee of Results

No Infinite Liability
The total liability of TurkishDataVertex for any single claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered during the 12 months prior to the claim.
No Unauthorized Resale
White-labeling our intelligence reports for resale without a partnership contract is a violation of our intellectual property rights and grounds for immediate termination.
Policy Evolution
We reserve the right to modify these terms as the global trade landscape evolves. Continued use of TurkishDataVertex following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised conditions. Significant changes will be broadcast via our regular client memos.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Izmir.
